• Access and Usage: Students will have access to course materials for 1 year. This is an individual training program.  Students are not allowed to share or distribute the content.
• Refund and Cancellation Policies: Refunds can only be granted within 14 days of purchase and before a course assessment is taken.  In the unlikely event that one of our online self study programs must be cancelled, students will be contacted via email within 14 days of the cancellation with instructions on how to substitute another program or receive a refund.

• Prohibited Activities: Sharing of login credentials, reverse engineering of content, any form of plagiarism, using our trademarks without permission, or sharing any of our material is strictly prohibited.

• Upon completion of this 16 credit training program, students will receive an emailed certificate of completion.  Students then have permission to use the CGLA designation professionally.  This permission is revoked if the CGLA credential holder is convicted of a felony or commits any ethical violation.
